Web Cam Mentor

 

20 minute Webcam Mentor. Explain your Job or Business, necessary skills, schooling, etc. Take any questions that may arise. Provide the best date/s. Time will vary on which class would be best appropriate. Software and Hardware needed would include any web cam software and SKYPE .

Topics:

• Transportation (How does moving people or things affect your business?
• Goal setting
• Punctuality and any topics or concerns employees need to face day to day

This half day project is an easy way for your company to support our local students with minimal time or cost. Students spend a few hours one-on-one with your staff and learn firsthand what it takes to be one of your employess. Sign Up Today!

Provide an internship for one or more of our eager, skilled, courteous, and problem solving students. These Juniors or Seniors have been in the Transportation Academy two or more years and have an understanding of basic career qualifications and requirements.

• First understand what is TCAP (QZAB) and WAM
• Go to TCAP, WAM and BrainToolz and give us advice on how we can make these sites  better.   
• Pose challenges Live through SKYPE or recorded on video .see design squad for examples.  HOW to Pose Challenges.
• Become a student mentor or coach. Look at student profiles and give them direction and advice.
• Join the TCAP advisory group.  Through email , SKYPE or live meetings
